Shipping and Delivery Policy

Shipping Schedule:

Choice World Jewellery aims to deliver all orders within 7 to 21 working days, depending on the availability of the products. In case of any delay in shipping, they will promptly contact you to provide updates.

Shipping Costs:

Based on the mode of shipment requested, shipping cost will vary. Shipping cost will also depend on the shipment carrier used.

Shipping Address:

When placing an order, ensure you provide your full name, complete address, and a valid contact number. Shipments will only be sent to the address provided during the order placement process.

Choice World Jewellery does not permit changes to the shipping address once an order has been placed.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, or temporary addresses.

Our own team also takes care of personal delivery of the order, if the location of delivery is closer to our office

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier company’s website.

Delivery:

Returns:

Gifts:

Gifts can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of delivery, as long as the recipient has the original gift receipt.

Return Shipments:

If you refuse to accept a delivery or if the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect or incomplete address information, you will be responsible for covering all shipping costs incurred.

Packaging:

Choice World Jewellery takes special care in packaging your order, ensuring that all orders are shipped in secure boxes with tamper-proof seals.

Additional Information:

They ship to all states and union territories in India. International shipping is not available.

How to Return an Item:

Contact the customer service team           to request a return authorization number (RMA).

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible.

Include the RMA number and a copy of your receipt inside the package. Ship the package to the address of Choice World Jewellery.

Once Choice World Jewellery receives the returned item, they will process your refund within 5 business days.

Please Note:

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Customized items are not eligible for return.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item.
